* Calculate and compare costs for required goods or services.

The main purpose of the role would to overseeing Quality, environmental safety and health matters across the freight forwarding business in the UK.

• Liaising with the UK QESH and compliance manager on all business excellence related activities and provide data as required
• Ensures company standards are maintained in areas to include but not limited to site maintenance, fire prevention, Environmental and health and safety awareness through site inspections, audits, risk assessments, method statements and training.
• Responsible for preparing and carrying out local Quality, Environmental and H&S audits ensuring compliance and implementing actions plans on outcomes as directed by the QESH MANAGER.
• Work with QESH MANAGER to create QESH & Compliance related policy to be delivered to the business
• Ensures all forms of HSE risk assessment are undertaken e.g. general, manual handling, fire prevention.
